I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money. I couldn’t return an item without a receipt because they failed to ask for my phone number at checkout. They no longer capture transaction details with credit cards, leaving me unable to get a refund or store credit despite showing my transaction on my phone. There’s no option for returns without a phone number, and management won’t help. This system is flawed, and the customer service is terrible.
Without naming specifics, I want to address a certain individual. When you choose not to see your loving mother during her battle with cancer, you may face deep regret later. I don’t recommend making such choices, as they can lead to immense internal pain.
