Impossible refund process, falsely advertised ingredients and non existent customer service. Emailed request for refund and was sent a link for the refund form with offers to not go through with the full refund and instead receive only a percentage back of original purchase amount. Completed the link and returned all 6 unopened bottles to the return address provided. Subsequent follow up emails to check status only referred me back to the initial step to complete refund form to start over however I only received a proof of delivery showing that the bottles were returned and received by this company so why send me through the initial steps?
Shady business practices, false advertising and a sinking feeling that this company has never issued a refund.
