FIVE times (yeah I'm a born loser),I turned on the video to listen to the same garbage repeated and repeated. You can tell it's AI because if someone gets on the sight and is a lip reader, it would become obvious that Dr Oz and/or that female dr who says she invented it...ehat I have done is turned off the videos sound and watch TV. At the very end, all the products are not jello with added products from your kitchen! And what is the white stuff they are adding?
This product is handled by Cartpanda, an unorganized sloppy company. The company says you can get a refund; however, they insure that you will not get a refund because they make the customer jump through many ridiculous hoops so that the customer will give up trying to receive a refund.
It’s petty and unreliable as a company. I recommend not getting involved with Cartpanda. You will be frustrated with the different items you have to do in order to get customer service to refund your money.

BE CAREFUL....customer service is terrible...there are many misleading and contradictions on this site. I cannot believe a doctor would really promote this product. I had to contact my card card company to get my money back. Dr. Jen...you should be ashamed...how do you sleep at night.
I have not got the medicine yet, but I was charged TWICE!!! Whether it works or not at this point I’m extremely disappointed in this process. If there really is a Dr. Jennifer Ashton, you should be ashamed in your license revoked.Susan

I had to listen to a 60 min repeated marketing video and then ordered 6 bottles of Burn Slim due to Dr. Oz supposedly endorsing it. Then I was notified that 6 more bottles were being sent to me!!! I tried to fill out there repeated requests for a form to sign and did so trying to cancel the extra six bottles. But to no avail. The bottles were received today and now they want ME to pay for their company's mistake to send them back. What a rip off. So far have nor lost much weight.
I requested a refund because the pills were not recommended by my husband’s doctor. They did’t want to give me a full refund kept sending me offers I finally accepted 75% of my purchase price just to get it over with, that is not what was credited to my credit card. I have never dealt with a reputable company that was that difficult to refund from.
