This product is handled by Cartpanda, an unorganized sloppy company. The company says you can get a refund; however, they insure that you will not get a refund because they make the customer jump through many ridiculous hoops so that the customer will give up trying to receive a refund.
It’s petty and unreliable as a company. I recommend not getting involved with Cartpanda. You will be frustrated with the different items you have to do in order to get customer service to refund your money.
