Just three days after receiving my supplements, I reached out to the company for a full refund. Their website indicated I had 60 days to request this. I followed the instructions but received no reply, so I emailed again and even called customer support. They claimed they couldn't find my refund request and asked me to resend it, which I did. I also tried contacting my coach for an update on my refund but got no response. I am still waiting for my $300+ refund and will keep pursuing this issue until it's resolved. I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service regarding refunds. Please be cautious and avoid purchasing from them; they don’t honor their refund policy. As a heads-up, I informed them that I would leave this review if I didn't hear back within 48 hours, and I waited a week for a response. Thank you.
