Burn Peak is a complete scam. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!
I fell for what turned out to be a bogus AI generated video of Oprah touting the wonders of Burn Peak. I ordered the 6-month supply - over $300.00. I regretted my choice immediately. When I contacted the company, they emailed me promptly with return instructions. I followed them completely the next day.
I never received a refund as they had promised. I have sent numerous emails with no response whatsoever.
I am out the $300+ and will never see it again.
How is this awful place still in business????
I am usually pretty savvy to scams but I totally fell for the fake Oprah video and watched the entire thing. Ordered 3 bottles than read about use of AI to fake the video.
I blame myself for being ignorant but highly recommend that no one waste their money on this product.

Recently, I've started sending multiple emails daily. Their instructions indicate not to return anything until I get confirmation from the support team, warning that not doing so could complicate the return process and delay my refund. This should all occur within 60 days from the order date. Due to their unprofessionalism and inadequate support, I am nearing the end of that 60-day period. I've noticed on social media that this seems to be a common issue with this product. I genuinely hope that action can be taken to prevent this kind of operation from continuing.

I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service regarding refunds. Please be cautious and avoid purchasing from them; they don’t honor their refund policy. As a heads-up, I informed them that I would leave this review if I didn't hear back within 48 hours, and I waited a week for a response. Thank you.
The video promised to share, in just 2 minutes, the three household ingredients to combine with the gel. Instead, after an hour, it turned into a pitch for $49 capsules. Throughout the video, the presenter is seen consuming gelatin cubes and mixing it, even suggesting to drink a glass of water daily with a gelatin cube. However, there's no actual recipe provided for the gelatin and the three ingredients. This feels like a scam.
