I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund, following all the guidelines provided on the website, including the necessary details. Unfortunately, I have never received a response. Recently, I've started sending multiple emails daily. Their instructions indicate not to return anything until I get confirmation from the support team, warning that not doing so could complicate the return process and delay my refund. This should all occur within 60 days from the order date. Due to their unprofessionalism and inadequate support, I am nearing the end of that 60-day period. I've noticed on social media that this seems to be a common issue with this product. I genuinely hope that action can be taken to prevent this kind of operation from continuing.
