I purchased an RV table leg from a seller. Unfortunately, there is no sturdy connection between the pedestal post and the top, resulting in noticeable movement. I provided a video as evidence of the issue. The support team leader gave me various excuses, such as the post not being fully inserted. Even after presenting more proof, they insisted I cover the return shipping cost, which goes against consumer rights. It's been a long time since I've faced such poor customer service. If faulty products are sent to customers, there should be a fair resolution, either through replacement or a full refund.
