Unsatisfactory experience with a faulty item

I bought an RV table leg from a seller. Unfortunately, the connection between the pedestal post and the top is insecure, causing significant movement. I submitted a video showcasing the issue. The support team leader offered various excuses, including that the post wasn't fully inserted. Despite providing additional evidence, they insisted I pay for return shipping, which contradicts consumer rights. It's been a long time since I've experienced such poor customer service. When defective products are sent to customers, there should be a commitment to replace them with a proper item or issue a full refund.

I purchased an RV table leg from a seller. Unfortunately, there is no sturdy connection between the pedestal post and the top, resulting in noticeable movement. Good fishing gear available

Pros: Excellent product variety and reasonable prices. I've been sourcing most of my fishing gear from this place for a while, and they offer a solid selection of softbaits. Their reel options are also impressive. Cons: I wish they had a wider range of boats and larger items on display.

Verify pricing before purchasing

Visited a local store today and bought a cargo carrier that works great. However, a large sign on the box indicated a price of $349. When we got to the counter, the staff removed the sign and said the price was actually $369 due to an error. I should have contested this, but I didn't. This is not acceptable service; they should have honored the advertised price. I'm disappointed with this transaction.

Outstanding customer service

Wow - the level of customer service was exceptional and very welcoming. We just visited a local branch and were assisted by a wonderful gentleman (didn't catch his name), who directed us to an expert in solar panels. He helped us find exactly what we needed and more. This is what great customer service looks like! Thank you, team; we will surely return.

Unpleasant experience

I purchased reels, rods, and lines from this store. Unfortunately, two rods broke while fishing within three months of purchase. Both broke on the same day, and the second rod was intended as a backup. The fish I caught was around 2kg, which shouldn't have been too heavy for the rods. When I returned to the store for assistance with a fix or replacement, they asked me to leave the rods. After nearly a month, I was informed to pick them up. They merely returned the broken rods and claimed that they shouldn't break under normal use, suggesting I must have mishandled them. This was not a good experience for a loyal customer.

Discrimination against customers

They openly discriminate against those unable to wear face masks for medical reasons. They refuse to accept exemptions and are quite rude about it. Complaints have been lodged with the appropriate authorities. It's disappointing to see them lose business due to such discriminatory practices. I will not be returning.

Very disappointing experience

I have severe asthma and struggle to breathe with a mask on. I have a medical exemption from my doctor, but for some reason, the store has taken a strict stance against those with medical conditions and asked me to leave. It's very disheartening after supporting them for years to see them disregard my doctor's advice. They should consider the health implications of their policies, as it’s uneducated to ignore medical advice. This experience was truly disappointing.

Poor customer service

I've visited the local branch several times, and today will be my last. The service is consistently subpar. I went in at noon on a Saturday, and with only a few customers in the store and several staff at the counter, I waited 20 minutes with no progress. I tried to get their attention but had to approach the front to ask for assistance. This has been my experience every time I visit.

Extremely poor after-sales service

The after-sales customer care is abysmal. To summarize, I have a $1500 chart plotter that's two years old. Before sending it for repairs, they tried to sell me a replacement of the same model without a transducer or SD map card for $800. The agents claimed it couldn't be repaired but offered me a newer model at 60% off. They also suggested I could buy a new one from the seller, plus a $20 freight charge. However, the seller insisted on making a minimum profit of $200. The original issue with my plotter was likely due to an incorrect map card issued initially. I've never encountered such poor service before, and all they seemed interested in was profiting from their mistake.
