I bought an RV table leg from a seller. Unfortunately, the connection between the pedestal post and the top is insecure, causing significant movement. I submitted a video showcasing the issue. The support team leader offered various excuses, including that the post wasn't fully inserted. Despite providing additional evidence, they insisted I pay for return shipping, which contradicts consumer rights. It's been a long time since I've experienced such poor customer service. When defective products are sent to customers, there should be a commitment to replace them with a proper item or issue a full refund.
