I placed an order during Black Friday and overall the shopping experience was fine. However, when it came to checking out I kept experiencing constant technical difficulties with the website, asking me to try again in a few moments. This was frustrating. Many errors resulted from this website malfunction. I got in touch with the customer support agents to try and resolve them, they were fast to reply however they were not much help at all... until I had gotten through to Charlotte (Charl) who understood my issue/concerns and resolved it straight away, hats off to them! I look forward to my order arriving soon and hope I experience no more issues.
