AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Sent back a suit over 2 weeks ago costing £240, no acknowledgement of it being received even though my proof of postage with RM shows it was received by them. It is impossible to speak to anyone and now I have had to resort to raising a dispute via my bank to try and get my money back.
ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DIABOLICAL COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF USING.

I placed an order over the festive season and was a bit panicky that I wouldn't get my delivery in time. I contacted customer services and I admit I turned into a bit of a "Karen". My order arrived exactly when they said it would. Unfortunately, I have to return it so I turned to customer services once again and they helped, within minutes, return sorted QR code received. Thanks again. I do love good customer service and I'll definitely use Burton again.
Do not buy from this company!!!! unless you want the worst service ever and never to receive your goods.I placed an order on Black Friday (28/11/25) for 5 items for Christmas presents. Here I am 22nd December, no goods and it is impossible to contact this company. They are unhelpful when you eventually find you can email Debenhams for support????Dont waste your money and time with this company
I really don’t want to give even a single star. Fraud company with zero quality. I order dress and pay extra delivery charges just to receive on next day but still receive my parcel after three days and in such low quality worse condition. Ridiculous behaviour. When I ask to refund my extra charges their representatives stop replying
The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced.Ordered some shorts too be picked up from a collection point, the tracking said they were refused twice and then sent back to sender? I contacted their customer service team by WhatsApp chat, and basically their system doesn't let them see any message history, so they said, so over the course of a week I had to repeat everything time and time again, I tried to get the shorts re-delivered but eventually gave up, they were going to charge me a return fee, they asked me to wait 2 weeks for them to instigate a refund and several other things which appeared to be delaying tactics??Keep well clear.
Would give a 0 if I could.Grandson wanted a suite. Had to purchase separate jacket & trousers. Trousers 4" larger than they should. Contacted customer support. Picture sent. Portal said only a credit note available. I wanted a full refund in to my bank. They are refusing a refund and to rub salt in to wound they are charging return.They are saying their portal cannot be changed to a bank refund.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered online and it was not made clear that for the vast majority of products Burton simply act as a broker - one has to arrange separate returns for almost every product at one's own cost in the many cases. Burton do not even facilitate return via the original order. I ordered several products and am having to arrange multiple different returns to different places and each one is incurring a financial and time cost. Would never order from Burton again as the returns process is awful
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU ARE AN EU CUSTOMER.I've had SO MUCH trouble with this effing company. I WISH I had seen all the bad reviews before I ordered.A little context:The entire process and experience has been very, very bad. I start by ordering an entire 3-piece suit + summer jacket. I receive information about the order is processed and being dispatched soonI then receive information about the fact, that the trousers werent in stock and then I am being refunded for the piece. But that just leaves me with a blazer jacket and waistcoat but no trousers? Like, how does that even make sense....Then I cannot cancel my entire order and that leaves me in two scenarios:1. Return the package as soon as I receive it (extra administration and burden from my PoV)2. Buy another size of the trousers and hope they fit (they did not)I felt forced into option 2 but regretted it almost immediately. I am now stuck with the trousers and CANNOT return these due to their ABSOLUTE lack of customer service AND the fact, that they are based in UK and no couriers want to deliver to UK. THEY DO NOT PAY SHIPPING BACK AND DOES NOT HELP YOU, AT ALL.Again, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I lost arund 100 euro on this - DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.
