Ordered through the app. A week later and the order hadn't even been dispatched. Contacted customer services who said they would investigate. Heard nothing. Tried again and they said the order had "failed", whatever that means, and that they would issue it again (although one of the things I ordered was now out of stock). No progress with this so I contacted again to be told it had failed again, and did I want to try again or get a refund. I asked to try again (how many times can it "fail"?)... got a response saying it wouldn't allow it so I'm getting a refund, which I was told would be with me within 24 hours... 2 days later... still no refund and the order is showing as pending. As a customer for years, it's sad to say I'll never use this company again as its been impossible to get my order and they're sitting on my money.
