I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, they sent me a used and worn pair, the shoes had creases all over and the soles were dirty. I sent images of everything to them, the member of staff that responded did not even pretend to care enough to properly apologise. I just received a careless ‘sorry’ and was told I will only get a replacement pair if I send the used one back first. The person I spoke to was called Luke, I think Luke needs some training on how to deal with complaints better considering he works in customer service. This is the first and last time I’ve purchased anything from this awful company, the only positive thing I have to say is that Rey was super helpful and sorted the issue right out.
