17/08/21 - I have today had an email from Jade in customer services to say that my refund can’t be processed even though they instructed me to cancel the claim with PayPal so they could process. PayPal have taken pity and have refunded me themselves and will place a marker against PayPal. I suggest others do the same with PayPal or Credit card company and do NOT cancel the dispute. This company has messed me around a lot and have basically withheld my money which I call fraud or theft, I can’t make my mind up. This is regarding a Burtons order which they are part of. BUK100139571 . Please look at reviews on Boohoo and Burtons!!! You have been warned!!!
