I've bought lots of clothes online from Burton over the years and they were my 'go to' company - I knew the clothes I bought would fit and the customer service was excellent. My view has now completely changed. I ordered a suit but only the jacket arrived and not the two pairs of trousers - really useful! I returned the jacket on 24th April and received confirmation of delivery on 26th April. It's now 13th June and I haven't heard anything from Burton's, never mind a refund. They haven't replied to / acknowledged any of my messages to them so I don't even know if they've been read.
