So I bought a suite from burton menswear online at their shop. 1,5 hours after order confirmation I get a mail 'failed to deliver'. I get a full refund except from deliver charge which is 5 £. I Write to get my money back. They tell me it was an error in the system and that I should try to order again. Which I do.Same thing happens again. I get mail with failed delivery and now i'm out 10£ for delivery. Naturally I Write them again and now i havent heard from them for 1,5 months. I'm missing my money, my clothes and my time. And noone is answering. DO NOT BUY FROM burton menswear London!
