This lot are absolute jokers! Unlike many other reviewers, I actually received my item but they’d left a great big security tag in the sole of a pair of slippers which means you can’t put them on. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they requested photos (sound familiar?) and then no response since. I feel sorry for the in-store staff who are gonna feel the fury from so many unhappy customers when the stores reopen, solely due to the complete incompetence of the online customer service department. For those with no choice but to go to a store when they reopen to try and resolve your issue, try and remember it’s not the store staff’s fault.
