AVOID THIS TICKET SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. There are no real people to speak with. I purchased a round trip ticket and the bus never arrived. When I attempted to get a refund, I was subjected to an absurd run-around by what appears to be an automated system, which seems deliberately structured to deny refunds. This is a heartless, greedy company that lacks any sense of compassion.
