As a 77 year old Canadian senior I used BusBud for the first time in San Jose del Cabo, Mx to go to Cabo San Lucas & back. The process was seamless, providing schedules, bus stations, cost & tickets.
Would highly recommend to others this simple method of purchasing tickets.
The buss is really useful and almost always early but still waits for people to get in. The seats are depending on the buss but its as good as it gets on a buss and you can lay it down a bit which is nice. I would say the biggest problem is that the drivers sometimes just dont tell you they will be stopped for long enough to go grab a bite or something so just make sure to ask or bring your own food. And I think 2 bags for free is a really good deal for something you use to travel not that far. And the prices are really good compared to other places
Remove the toilets, it’s like travelling in a sewage, if a person cannot keep anything inside they should simply stay at home, using the toilets in the bus to either pee or whatever just lacks mannerism. An air freshener would be appreciated, the bus stunk from the moment we stepped in.
I’ve used this shuttle service multiple times, including from the airport to Scottburgh and back, and each experience has been excellent.
The drivers are professional, punctual, and friendly, making the journey stress‑free and comfortable. Their vehicles are reliable which gave me complete peace of mind.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient shuttle service.
This company came through for me when I missed my train to B-More (thank you MTA) *insert sarcasm*
The price (as expected) was super high but I needed to get home and paid it.
The fact that I booked while MTA was making announcements of train traffic and detours and was able to use insurance incase I made my original train and could cancel with a 100% refund was everything.

This service was **deceptive and unsatisfactory**. I booked and paid for a specific bus service advertised online, but instead, we were transported by a **taxi** and later placed on a **minibus**, which is **well below the expected standard**. The vehicle had **no restroom facilities**, despite being a long-distance journey and the fact that I was travelling **with children**. We also **arrived nearly 2 hours late**. The **amount paid does not reflect the poor quality of the service received**, and the experience fell short of the expectations set by the booking. This is **false advertising and misrepresentation**. I would **not recommend** this service to anyone.
AVOID THIS TICKET SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. There are no real people to speak with. I purchased a round trip ticket and the bus never arrived. When I attempted to get a refund, I was subjected to an absurd run-around by what appears to be an automated system, which seems deliberately structured to deny refunds. This is a heartless, greedy company that lacks any sense of compassion.
