This service was **deceptive and unsatisfactory**. I booked and paid for a specific bus service advertised online, but instead, we were transported by a **taxi** and later placed on a **minibus**, which is **well below the expected standard**. The vehicle had **no restroom facilities**, despite being a long-distance journey and the fact that I was travelling **with children**. We also **arrived nearly 2 hours late**. The **amount paid does not reflect the poor quality of the service received**, and the experience fell short of the expectations set by the booking. This is **false advertising and misrepresentation**. I would **not recommend** this service to anyone.
