Terrible service; they sent the wrong book. I reached out to inform them, but was asked to complete administrative tasks, even though I mentioned it was for a birthday gift. I was ignored for over a week. No refund, and I have to wait for their investigation while holding the incorrect book and they have my money. Next time, I will choose a different platform.
