They don't deserve not even 1 star. Their customer service is pitiful. Let alone, it takes about a month to receive a purchased item from them. When you check their tracking, the items sit several days in each station of delivery... The worst is if you decide to return a book, they do not allow it, unless you personally tell UPS you don't want it. By that point, UPS actually drops it off in your mailbox, so you don't even see the delivery person. What's the difference if you reject the item, or return it in the same packaging. It doesn't make any sense.
