I returned a scope for warranty, a high-end model with a 30mm tube, but received a different model with a 1" tube instead. This meant I had to buy new rings, which was frustrating. After contacting the support team, they instructed me to return the incorrect model at my expense and provided a selection to choose from. However, once my return was received, a different representative informed me that the initial rep no longer worked there and couldn't honor the previous agreement. I was left with the option of two lower-quality scopes or getting my original back. They refuse to acknowledge what was promised, and now I'm struggling to recover the $100 I spent on shipping. This is hardly the exceptional customer service I expected. I’ve been a loyal supporter for 35 years, but this experience has led me to decide against purchasing any more products from them.
