I returned a scope for warranty, specifically a model with a 30mm tube, but received a different model with a 1" tube instead. This meant I had to purchase new rings, which was frustrating. When I reached out to the support team, a representative advised me to return the incorrect model at my expense and provided me with a selection to choose from. I selected a scope, but upon my return arriving, another representative informed me that the previous one no longer worked there and couldn’t honor her promise. Now, I’m faced with the option of two lower-quality scopes or getting my original scope back. They refuse to acknowledge what their employee promised, and I’m currently trying to recover the $100 I spent on shipping. This is far from excellent customer service. I also sold the 1" rings and purchased new ones for my chosen scope. This serves as a warning to anyone considering this brand. Despite being a loyal supporter for 35 years, they did not honor their commitment, and I will no longer be purchasing from them or recommending their products due to this negative experience.

I own a high-lumen flashlight that wouldn’t charge. When I reached out to the customer service team, they were of no assistance and simply suggested I replace it. It’s disheartening to think about throwing away a $50 flashlight. I have two other similar products but will never invest in another one from this brand again.
Steer clear of this cellular trail camera. The customer service is incredibly poor. Every time I call, I’m met with a message about high call volume. I’ve tried requesting a call back for the same day, but it never happens. I’ve waited on the line for over an hour without success. In contrast, I’ve had great support from another brand when I had issues.
How does the ratings system on review platforms assess companies? They show a score of 2.6, while most customers rate them below that. This company seems to be failing in customer satisfaction and will likely not refund your money. Many share this sentiment.
The trail camera I purchased takes poor-quality pictures despite other reviews suggesting otherwise. After attempting a firmware update to enhance the picture quality, the camera became unusable. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response. Their guarantee seems more like a way to ensure you get nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this camera.
