UPDATE: The supervisor has emailed me and asked me not to have credit card company cancel the second charge. They are actively working to resolve this. I will leave this review up until this has happened, probably within a couple of days. At would give it no stars if I could. I was trying to get a good deal flying business class from Chicago to Dublin, Ireland. The agent that helped me, Dylan, presented a route through Iceland. I wasn't really excited about that but his other option was through Portugal! Once I realized that he didn't arrange or even look at connecting flights in the US, I realized that I would be flying in/out of Minneapolis and would have to spend the night there. I told him I wanted to cancel and only THEN did he tell me I couldn't cancel the Icelandair flights. So we worked out that I would fly to London and back. Again, he did not tell me that, just for changing the flights, I would be billed extra. He even said it was cheaper than the first, leading me to believe that the first would be reimbursed. Well, he's gone from the company and now, the agent I am working with is saying the same thing. That I will have paid $4000 to fly on Icelandair, changing planes 3x coming and going. Now, none of the managers are available until Tuesday. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the new charges.
