THE SERVICE PROVIDED A 24-HOUR TRACKING NUMBER THAT WAS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE COURIER, AND THE BUSINESS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Additionally, I received a standard response asking for information I had already provided. This representative certainly knows how to frustrate customers. It’s also quite suspicious that a glowing review suddenly appeared praising this representative right after my criticism.
