Mobile service unfit for business needs

Accepting this mobile provider's SIMs was my biggest error in 2025. There were delays with the SIMs, no eSIM option, and activation issues occurred repeatedly. Calls often had to go through multiple departments as agents struggled to locate the account. Even the so-called dedicated helpline frequently redirected callers to unrelated teams. Email support could take up to 10 working days for basic inquiries, and a business issue of mine was mistakenly sent to the wrong department. Despite my repeated requests to escalate a formal complaint, agents simply apologized and transferred me elsewhere—no one took accountability. For a business service, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. The time lost dealing with support far outweighs any potential savings. I would strongly advise other businesses to choose a more reliable provider.
