Worst business decision of 2025

Choosing this mobile service has been my worst business decision of 2025. There were significant delays with the SIMs, no eSIM option, and repeated activation issues. Calls often had to go through multiple departments as agents struggled to locate the account. The so-called dedicated helpline frequently redirected callers to unrelated teams. Email responses took up to 10 working days for simple inquiries, and a business matter was mistakenly sent to the wrong department. Despite my requests for a formal complaint to be escalated, agents merely apologized and transferred me elsewhere—no one took responsibility. For a business service, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. The time wasted dealing with support far exceeds any potential savings. I highly recommend that other businesses seek a more reliable provider.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. As a small salon, Christmas is our busiest season. Our WiFi went down a week ago, leaving us without a booking system, card machine, or phone. After a week of frustrating calls, we were asked to video the wires and report which lights were on, with waits of up to 2 hours. Promises to call back to check if everything was working were never fulfilled. With only six days until Christmas, we still have no phone system. Avoid this provider if you want to maintain your sanity!

Disappointing experience with business broadband

I was told that business broadband would offer a more reliable service than their home broadband. They provided a dongle that was supposed to maintain connection when the router failed, but it performed worse than the home broadband. The dongle did not activate as promised. I wasted a year paying for this service, which I rarely used due to its poor performance, opting instead for my home broadband. I have now canceled this service.

Business broadband experience was terrible

This service was utterly useless in many ways. They failed to provide reliable broadband at our workplace. When the contract ended, we switched to another provider, but this company wouldn't transfer our number, leading to endless back-and-forth communication. They advised us not to cancel the contract to retain the number, yet continued to charge us daily without providing any service. I will never return to them for either home or business, and I will certainly share my negative experience with others. Despite many complaints, the representative handling my case has not even followed up. It's a complete joke.

Avoid this service for internet! We signed up for business internet and had it installed within a week, but we couldn't log in. They informed us of an issue affecting all users, preventing us from making changes or accessing invoices. After multiple calls over three months, the same story persisted, and there's still no solution in sight. How can a business relying on internet access operate effectively under these conditions?

Account termination due to mishandled transfer

I was informed that someone was trying to take over my account without my consent. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, this provider has been utterly unhelpful, insisting it’s my problem to identify who initiated the takeover. I was told that an investigation had been completed, yet I was left hanging over the weekend. I have a contract until September 2026, which I had no intention of changing until now. As a resolution to losing my account, they offered to waive the early termination fees, but this situation has been incredibly frustrating.

A month without service and no support

We run a busy restaurant that heavily relies on online orders and phone bookings, making a stable connection essential. Our broadband and phone lines have been down for over a month, and the issue remains unresolved. An engineer visited once but could only fix it temporarily. I was told a technician would come last Tuesday, but a week has passed without any follow-up. After spending 35 minutes on the phone today, my call was abruptly disconnected without any resolution. This ongoing situation has severely impacted our business and customer service. For a business account, this level of service is entirely unacceptable.
