I would give zero stars if possible. As a small salon, Christmas is our busiest season. Our WiFi went down a week ago, leaving us without a booking system, card machine, or phone. After a week of frustrating calls, we were asked to video the wires and report which lights were on, with waits of up to 2 hours. Promises to call back to check if everything was working were never fulfilled. With only six days until Christmas, we still have no phone system. Avoid this provider if you want to maintain your sanity!
