I was informed that someone was trying to take over my account without my consent. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, this provider has been utterly unhelpful, insisting it’s my problem to identify who initiated the takeover. I was told that an investigation had been completed, yet I was left hanging over the weekend. I have a contract until September 2026, which I had no intention of changing until now. As a resolution to losing my account, they offered to waive the early termination fees, but this situation has been incredibly frustrating.
