Phoned us out the blue to offer a black friday deal.Sounded like a good deal so I asked them to send though an email with the T&C so I can check through and have a think.Caller said he could not do that and I had to accept the contract first over the phone and then they would send through the details. then if I wasn't happy there was a 30 day money back guarantee.When I said that didn't sound right and surly they can send something through so we can check the deal before accepting he got frustrated and told me I can stay with my current provider and was generally just rude.Seems like terrible customer relations before you even get started.Happy to stay with my current provider.
