Moved to Sky Business Broadband in December last year. Ever since this I've had issues with the internet and phone dropping out. I've had 2 visits from Sky engineers, about 8 visits from Openreach. 1 new router that has made no difference.Router seems to reset its self. Of late its happening between 6 & 10 times a day.Power light stays on whilst all other lights go blank and then it restarts up.At the end of todays call with Sky I was advised that they could not reduce my bill, could not send another router and could do no more for me. They did want to send Openreach out again who every time they have been here have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the line.Proper p*ssed off!
