Email responses took up to 10 working days for simple inquiries, and a business matter was mistakenly sent to the wrong department. Despite my requests for a formal complaint to be escalated, agents merely apologized and transferred me elsewhere—no one took responsibility. For a business service, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. The time wasted dealing with support far exceeds any potential savings. I highly recommend that other businesses seek a more reliable provider.
