I had a terrible experience with this company and lost nearly $400. I strongly advise against booking through this website.I originally booked two flights, but after receiving the confirmation email, I noticed they had booked a completely different flight than what I selected. When I contacted customer service to correct the issue, they refused to fix their mistake unless I paid an additional fee. The customer support was unhelpful, and the representative I spoke with was both difficult to understand and rude.After multiple attempts to resolve the issue without extra charges, I reluctantly agreed to pay a fee in order to get a refund. However, when I was finally reimbursed, they charged me double the agreed-upon amount.This company operates dishonestly and should not be allowed to continue doing business. Avoid them at all costs.BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!
