I input my information to get some quotes a year ago. Immediately, I was inundated with calls and emails giving loan offers, which I expected. The rates quoted werent really that great, so I went with a local bank for a lower rate. HOWEVER, the calls/emails/texts never stopped. They tapered off after awhile. But the last few months, they have picked up again. Nonstop calls. Emails. Texts. Its a nightmare. This should be illegal. They dont allow you to easily opt out. Which I think is actually illegal. The only email I found on the website bounced. I don't know what else to do. I've contacted them on Linkedin, filed a complaint with BBB, and my next step is to file a formal complaint with the FTC. I just want them to delete my information off their list and for all these loan shops to leave me alone. Whether you find a loan or not, that is one thing. But DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT give them your information. I promise you will regret it.
Initially thought it was an easy process, then it got ridiculous...and stressful...and we couldn't even close the deal..Awful experience. There are LOTS of places to get money, don't use businessloans. After reading your response, it's clear what a terrible job you did understanding the business and growth. Lots of false promises.
