My time at the company was filled with excuses, unmet promises, and a severe lack of customer care. As a serious buyer prepared to spend a significant amount, I was treated with complete indifference. Issues began when I was told I couldn't test drive a vehicle on the weekend because it was reserved. After rescheduling, their phone system was a joke, leading to repeated voicemail messages blaming me. When I finally arrived for my confirmed test drive, the representative was unavailable, and the vehicle was booked out. No manager came to apologize or assist. When I pointed out their prices were higher than another dealership, I received no response. The overall lack of initiative and customer care was astonishing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
