Fantastic customer service throughout. From our first visit just to browse, through talking specific details and specifications to actually ordering a new vehicle the staff were fantastic. Initially Daniel helped us and was never pushy or in a rush, he was happy to take me as much time as we needed. Then Connor took over and it was more of the same, honest answers and excellent service. When we collected the car they spent ages with us making sure we knew how everything works and were comfortable to drive away. We have recently, within the last month, had children buy a BMW and an Audi from main dealers and despite them probably being considered a higher class of vehicle, the service was nowhere near as good as we received. Our new car is fantastic as well, we bought the Atto 3. We can’t believe the quality and tech level on the car for the money we have paid. We keepLooking for where they have taken shortcuts and can’t find any. It is brilliant and we would recommend it and Busseys to anyone.
