The quality of the products and the service were disappointing. While placing an order was straightforward, returning items and obtaining a refund proved to be quite challenging. It feels as though they are overextending themselves without managing the essentials properly. I ultimately returned orders totaling £1400. Don't anticipate timely delivery; there are issues with stock and other complications.
