Excellent design, quality products, and standout customer service
We purchased kitchen shelves from Buster + Punch as part of a kitchen update, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The shelves are beautifully designed, made from genuine, high‑quality materials, and manufactured to a very high standard. You can really see and feel the attention to detail.
We did run into a small issue where one component was missing from the box. I contacted Elle, and without any fuss at all, the replacement part was sent straight to our home. What really stood out was how easy the process was — no back‑and‑forth, no blame, just a quick and customer‑focused solution.
My main gauge of a healthy business is how they present themselves when things go wrong. In my experience, Buster + Punch has consistently been customer‑focused and willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

We had a slight problem with one of the Buster and Punch products - overall it was excellent quality but one element worked loose. I contacted B&P and had a fulsome and very much appreciated solution within a day. I couldn't be more impressed. At a time when it seems so hard and complicated to get even a human response from so many companies, this was a faith restorer!
The quality of the products and the service were disappointing. While placing an order was straightforward, returning items and obtaining a refund proved to be quite challenging. It feels as though they are overextending themselves without managing the essentials properly. I ultimately returned orders totaling £1400. Don't anticipate timely delivery; there are issues with stock and other complications.
The product stopped working (internal components disconnected) after two years. I reached out to customer support twice but received no response after a week. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of support, especially for a $120 light switch! There’s no warranty, and the customer support is lacking!
