I am very dissatisfied with the service. I was billed for an annual subscription renewal without any prior notice or reminder. This feels exploitative and is not transparent. I have reached out to the support team multiple times for a refund, but they have not responded. It's unacceptable to take money from customers and then not engage with them. I demand a full refund immediately.
