Stayed at Ring O Bells, Compton Martin. Pleasant location. Everything clean. Comfortable bed. Staff clearly working hard. Room separate from main building. No phone. No hair dryer. Heater not working (manager provided an extra duvet). Toilet not flushing properly. No cereals, fruit or juices offered at breakfast.Evening meal fine. Asked for the bill to be put on our room tab. When checking out had to ask for receipt. After leaving I realised that they had added a £6 gratuity without my permission. I shall need to travel to the area on several occasions in the future but shall certainly not stay there again or recommend it. Overpriced and a great disappointment.
