I could have ordered earlier, but I was conscious of the shelf life of kegs and placed my order eight working days before the holiday. The first red flag was an email confirmation mentioning possible delays 'due to high parcel volumes with the courier.' The next day, I ordered lager from another seller and received a delivery notice within 24 hours, without any issues. After five working days, I sent an inquiry and was assured that my delivery would arrive by Christmas. Doubting this, I read the TrustPilot reviews and made alternate plans. On Christmas Eve, I received a message at 1 PM stating that the beer would not be delivered, with apologies and again blaming the delivery company instead of owning up to the situation. I strongly advise against using this service.
