BJB failed to reimburse me all non- payments despite investing in BJB rent and legal protection. 11. BJB failed to carry out TDS procedures to recoup damages to my property.12. BJB failed to return keys to me.13. BJB still owe me outstanding non-payments.14. BJB have a high staff turn over due to dissatisfaction in working conditions.15. BJB staff fail incessantly to respond to any form of communications.16.
