This is a 1-star review to indicate my dissatisfaction. I've faced numerous problems with the altimeter and heart rate monitor on my device. The screen started failing early on, but I managed to see the essentials, so I didn't contact warranty support. I reached out to customer service, provided the necessary evidence regarding the faulty screen and inaccurate health data, but the solutions they offered were utterly disappointing. When I attempted to escalate the issue to a supervisor, my original contact was dismissive. After several attempts and getting quite frustrated, I finally spoke to someone else. While they create appealing products, after doing some research and reading numerous negative reviews, I've decided to steer clear of their offerings in the future. They don't back their products, and there are plenty of other alternatives available that may not be as well-known but offer similar features and far better warranties. If you're someone who buys luxury items just for the brand, then this may be the choice for you. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding them.
