Bought a Garmin Vevo active 6. They use UPS to deliver 14 days later UPS still have the Garmin! They say they have tried to deliver it every day but there is no sign of them on my motion activated CCTV. Garmin say it’s a UPS problem!

Unacceptable Quality and Support

Purchased a device and after just two weeks of typical, careful usage, the screen has already acquired a significant scratch. I reached out to the support team, only to receive the absurd suggestion of paying for a refurbished replacement at a high cost. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since they reference a warranty that seems to cover nothing. I anticipated much better durability from this product, especially considering its price.

Disappointing experience with product quality and support.

I've had a very frustrating experience with the altimeter and heart rate monitor on my device. The screen started to fail early on, but since I could still see the essential information, I didn't reach out for warranty support. However, when I contacted customer service about the faulty screen and inaccurate health data, the solutions they offered were extremely disappointing. I attempted to escalate my issue to a supervisor but was rudely dismissed by my initial contact. It took several attempts and some escalating frustration to finally reach someone else. While the products may seem appealing, my research and the multitude of negative reviews have led me to decide against future purchases. They don't seem to stand behind their products, and there are plenty of alternatives available that offer similar features with much better warranties. If you're someone who values brand prestige over quality, this might work for you, but otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Positive experience with customer support

I bought a watch and unfortunately it started malfunctioning quicker than expected. However, the support team was truly exceptional, and I was able to get a replacement. I've never encountered such fantastic customer service!

While they create appealing products, after doing some research and reading numerous negative reviews, I've decided to steer clear of their offerings in the future. They don't back their products, and there are plenty of other alternatives available that may not be as well-known but offer similar features and far better warranties. If you're someone who buys luxury items just for the brand, then this may be the choice for you. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding them.

Disappointing experience with smart watch features

While traveling in a slow bus on a bumpy road in Bolivia, my watch recorded an astonishing 37,346 steps and 334 floors climbed in a day. It failed to stop counting steps at higher speeds, logging every bump as a step, even at 50 kph. Surely, it should recognize that I'm not walking or running? This went on for nearly three weeks, leading the watch to overestimate my fitness level. Additionally, it incorrectly adjusted the time when I was in Bolivia, despite being set to auto. The alarm didn't go off at the correct time, causing me to be late for an appointment. Given its GPS capability, it should have accurately set the local time without needing to be paired with a phone. If it can't maintain proper time without a phone, how can it be considered a smart device? I reported these issues to the support team but received no acknowledgment of my concerns.

Exceptional customer service experience

The customer service I received was truly remarkable. I had an allergic reaction to my watch strap and was sent a leather replacement at no cost. The representatives were incredibly helpful and kind. I wouldn't consider any other brand.

SmartDrive 76 does not meet expectations

I purchased a SmartDrive 76 under the impression that it didn't require a desktop for setup. Unfortunately, after a year, a recent WiFi update led to missing files, and their online help team informed me that I now needed to download a specific application on a computer. It’s not compatible with tablets or Chromebooks. I'm quite dissatisfied.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. They didn't attempt to assist in resolving my issue, ignored my requests for reasonable help, and kept directing me to the user manual instead of providing real support. Even after clearly stating that I had already tried everything in the manual, they continued to send me links. The product has not lived up to expectations compared to its predecessor.

Frustrating customer service experience

I bought a brand new watch but faced setup issues due to an error message. After contacting support, they guided me through some steps, but nothing worked. They then informed me that I would need to exchange the watch for a pre-owned one, despite having paid full price for a new device. This approach to customer service is unacceptable.
