Support gave me the runaround.I was told I could send back my product for replacement. Shipped it via UPS and was then emailed to be told I'd sent the wrong product.I hadn't - Garmin support had messed up and done the return for another product on my account, despite the serial number, images, model and description given being about the product I sent.I was then told, "The wrong product was shipped." No apology, no admission of fault. They ignored all evidence provided that it was THEIR mistake.I have spent thousands on Garmin devices (Fenix 7X, GPS, smart scales, etc), but after this experience, I will be looking for alternative companies that care about their customers.
