This experience with Buyagift Customer Services gets worse.
After agreeing to refund my £196.99 to my Bank Account they previously offered me a £100 gift voucher and as a good will gesture increased it to £196.99 a
I am still waiting for my £196.99 to be refunded to my bank.
When i contacted Prince today he stated the issue was solved as I accepted the gift voucher, which was compensation only, he now makes out i accepted the voucher to close the case. This is not the case and it is not over yet

I dont want my refund as a £196.99 gift voucher, I want this as cash refunded to my bank account, and why will it take up to 30 days, Buyagift took my money straight away therefore you should refund it straight away.
