Paid £5.99 for next day delivery for a gift. 2 days later this hadnt arrived and their website is impossible to find help. Their AI chat is useless and when the customer service online chat closed they dont even tell you!! They dont have a phone number or email address to contact them. Would not buy from them again. I am down a birthday gift and still out of pocket.
