I've used buyandship for at least 4 years. I'll try to start with the positives:- Pretty reasonable shipping rates- Decent shipping speed- Pretty global reach.- In the years I've used them, I've never lost a package until...NOW!!I purchased a product from Taiwan a few weeks back. Tracking number shows the item has been delivered to their warehouse but Buyandship insisted they never received it, and asked for further proof (signature for delivery). I managed to obtain the relevant documentation from the local courier, but they still insisted the package never arrived and they won't offer compensation.Throughout this whole ordeal, the customer service live chat is pathetic and entirely useless. They make up excuses and refuse to take any responsibility. They even went as far as saying "Well yes you provided the proof, but that doesn't mean it actually arrived. The local courier may have made a mistake. We never received it and that's the end of the story." I mean... are you even hearing yourself!!????They have NO CUSTOMER HOTLINE for you to call and talk to an actual person. Perhaps they know how many angry customers they've got!!!The only silver lining is that my lost item is only worth about 50 quid or something so it's not the end of the world for me. Having said that, I would strongly advise AGAINST using them for shipping anything that's remotely expensive/ something you care about.I get that all couriers lose packages occasionally. It's always a risk especially if you are purchasing stuff from another country. But it's the pitiful and embarrassing customer service that sets this company apart. If everything is going fine, then of course you're okay. But if something goes wrong, you can be certain that you're on your own and they won't even bother attempting to make things right for you. They don't care about you at all.Bottomline: If you are shipping something that's NOT expensive or unique (anything you wouldn't lose sleep on) - sure, use them. Losing "only" one package in 4+ years isn't too horrible...I guess?But if you need to ship something you truly care about or even relatively expensive - do NOT rely on them. You've been warned!EDIT (4 Sept 2023): So after a lot of time and fuss with their customer service, they finally relented and gave me compensation for the missing package. So I decided to upgrade this review to 2-stars. Still disappointed it took so long and so much effort.
